Next “Getting Started Workshop” for individuals and couples begins November 2, 2010

We will begin our next Getting Started Workshop for individuals and couples on November 2, 2010. This workshop is the perfect way to begin the process of recovery from pornography and sexual addiction.

This first phase of the LifeSTAR program is a 6-week workshop for individuals and couples facilitated by the LifeSTAR of St. George director, Geoff Steurer. This workshop provides participants with education, structure, and direction in the beginning of the recovery journey. Using workbooks, videos, lectures, small group discussions, and other activities, participants complete a total of 18 hours learning how to build a strong foundation on which to build a lifetime of sobriety and recovery. Phase 1 is a closed group and participants commit to confidentiality, which creates a safe recovery environment.
