Geoff Steurer is a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice in St. George, UT and is the founding director of LifeSTAR of St. George. Geoff is the co-author of Love You, Hate the Porn: Healing a Relationship Damaged by Virtual Infidelity with Mark Chamberlain, PhD. He also co-produced a 6-part audio series with Dr. Kevin Skinner called Strengthening Recovery Through Strengthening Marriage: Healing from Pornography Addiction. Geoff regularly presents at local and national conferences on topics related to marriage and pornography addiction recovery. He is passionate about providing ongoing education through articles, social media, and other forums. He maintains an archive of articles and other resources on his website (www.geoffsteurer.com). He completed a bachelors degree in communications studies from Brigham Young University and a masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Auburn University. He is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health. He has been married to his wife for 14 years and they are the parents of four children.

Jeffrey J. Ford, M.S., MFT received his B.S. degree at the University of Utah in Psychology. He earned his masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy at Purdue University. He has practiced therapy in Indiana, Illinois, and Utah and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. He has contributed to the field by publishing articles about the practice of marriage and family therapy. In addition to his clinical practice, he has been an instructor of psychology and adolescent development on a university level. He is married and the father of three children. His favorite pastimes include being with his family and doing anything outdoors, especially mountain bike riding and hiking.

Amy Cluff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been serving Southern Utah in social work capacities since 1999. Amy received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2004. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Association for Play Therapy, and the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists. She is an affiliate therapist for LifeSTAR of St. George, a program for pornography and sexual addiction recovery.
Amy specializes in therapy for women, children, and families. She is licensed to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for most mental health disorders. Her training is in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship therapy, attention and impulse control, blended family, co-parenting, and divorce issues. She also specializes in working with partners and family members of addicts. Amy is committed to providing excellent treatment for her clients and staying educated in her field. She is available in her community for presentations, workshops, and service opportunities.
Amy has a private therapy practice in St. George, Utah. She and her husband are raising two wonderful children, and her family is her greatest joy. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, yoga, and exercise.

In August 2003, Sandi returned home to the St. George, Utah area after having lived in Salt Lake City, Utah since 1994, where she completed her education, training, and licensing. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, she is qualified to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment of most mental health disorders. However, the areas or issues in which she has the most training and experience include: Addictions (Alcohol/Drug, Sex/Pornography, Food, etc.), Anxiety, Depression, Marital and Premarital Therapy, Parenting, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Sandi firmly believes that education is often the foundation for healing. Therefore, in addition to offering in-office therapy, she also enjoys providing presentations, lectures and workshops regarding any of the topics listed above. She is a current member of The American Counseling Association and is an affiliate therapist for the LifeSTAR Network. Sandi is passionate about her work and her role as a mental health therapist and enjoys the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families learn to lead more rewarding, productive, healthy and satisfying lives.
Jon Worlton, LCSW

Jon Worlton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and has been practicing full time since 1992. He graduated from Brigham Young University receiving a Bachelors in Social Work. He then completed his Master's in Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Jon has specialized in working with issues of abuse and addiction. For the first seven years of his career he worked for an agency specializing in the treatment of different forms of violence and abuse. He has also worked full time in three different correctional facilities. In addition to his full time employment, Jon has worked part time for LDS Family services, Dixie Regional Medical Center, and an outpatient domestic violence treatment program. At the present time he has a small private practice where he works primarily with clients struggling with sexual addiction and eating disorders. Jon worked with clients struggling with sexual addictions for the past ten years.
Jon has been married for eighteen years to his best friend Jill. They are the parents of four children ranging in age from sixteen to nine. When not working Jon enjoys spending time at home, running, attending sporting events, reading aloud with whoever will listen, camping, and participating in Church service. Jon loves the work he does, and feels honored to be a participant in the healing process.
Garth Lasater, MSW, CSW

Garth Lasater is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the State of Utah and received his Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and his Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Garth specializes in working with adolescents and their families in addressing chemical dependency, oppositional defiant attitudes and behaviors, depression and other family issues. He has a wide range of clinical experiences from providing individual, family and group therapy to teaching life skills and other educational information pertinent to recovery. Garth's past experience has included being the Outpatient Director of the Utah Alcoholism Foundation's Central Utah Treatment Center where he also worked with alcoholic/drug abusive clients in a sixty day inpatient program. He also worked for the division of Family Services within the State of Utah assisting families and adolescents in crisis. He has had the honor of facilitating LifeSTAR groups since October of 2008 and has received extensive training in working with pornography and sexual addictions.
Garth was the recipient of the Special Recognition Eli Lilly Welcome Back Award for his primary care with those who are engaged in the struggle with clinical depression. Garth and his wife are the parents of three children.
