Workshops are held Tuesday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm for six weeks

Sign Up Instructions for the LifeSTAR Phase 1 "Getting Started Workshop"

1. Call 435-652-4366 and indicate that you'd like to sign up for the LifeSTAR "Getting Started Workshop". If you have specific questions for Geoff Steurer, director of the St. George LifeSTAR program, you are welcome to call his confidential mobile phone at 435-773-2966.
   
   
2. You will be asked to schedule a preliminary assessment appointment. Each individual must receive a one-time assessment with a member of the LifeSTAR team before starting the program. Couples are encouraged to attend the initial appointment together. We want to ensure that the LifeSTAR program is the best treatment option for your specific needs. The cost of the initial assessment is not included in the cost of the "Getting Started Workshop." Please visit our LifeSTAR Staff page if you would like to see which therapists are available for initial assessments.
   
   
3. After completing the initial assessment, you will be receive a LifeSTAR Getting Started Workshop pre-registration letter with instructions on how to pay for the course, the location of the workshop, and other information. The cost for the LifeSTAR Phase 1 "Getting Started Workshop" is $400 per participant ($750 for a couple). This price includes all workshop workbooks and materials.
   
   
4. After payment is received, your registration for the class is complete.
